Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by uijl may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uijl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. uijl will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify uijl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity

Your uijl account must be used solely by you for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Using your account to engage in any form of commercial exploitation, syndicated play, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. uijl reserves the right to close accounts engaged in any such activity and to void related winnings.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. uijl may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Dormant account balances remain the property of the account holder and may be reclaimed by contacting uijl customer support and completing identity verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uijl currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time and is subject to the payment method terms of the respective provider. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on uijl is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. These thresholds may be subject to change; the current limits are always displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Withdrawal processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. uijl is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient financial institution or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Same Payment Method Policy

Funds deposited via a particular payment method will preferentially be returned to that same method. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements are subject to verification and management approval.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

uijl offers various bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the uijl Platform are operated in accordance with their respective published game rules. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during gameplay, any affected game round may be declared void and wagers refunded. uijl is not liable for any losses claimed as a result of a technical failure. 9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude uijl's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by uijl's negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension & Termination

uijl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete required KYC verification
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses risk to the integrity of the Platform

You may request to close your uijl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following the satisfactory completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Pending bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

uijl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, uijl will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
